Working with Josefine varnish
Josefine varnish is ideal for protecting a painted garden statue. It protects the paint against sunlight and weather conditions. Josefine varnish is a very good outdoor-resistant varnish and is very user-friendly.
Use
Apply the varnish with a brush. Let it dry for 1 to 2 hours (at 20° C). Can be painted over after approximately 2 hours (at 20° C). Brushes can simply be cleaned with water and mild soap.
Various sizes and types
Josefine varnish is available in extra matt finish, satin finish and high gloss, in pots of 100 ml. and 375 ml.
To combine
You can also use Josefine varnish in combination with Pavercolor to make your own outdoor-resistant paint, with which an object can be additionally decorated by applying colour accents or by brushing and/or patinating. It is best not to use the very matt varnish on dark colours.
